As a social enterprise, we’re committed to helping people who face barriers to employment gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in the workforce. Our trainees work alongside professional cleaners with over 50 years of combined experience, receiving on-the-job training that prepares them for competitive employment.
I started out working 2 hours a week, which was all I could initially handle. Now I work 4-5 shifts each week and I work independently. My life has improved so much thanks to Clean Start and Stella’s Circle.
Each year, 100% of our trainees transition to other employment opportunities, empowered by the skills and confidence they gain through Clean Start.
