Controller
Stella’s Circle is seeking a Controller, responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of Stella’s Circle. This new role ensures the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Controller will provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to the organization’s senior leadership team.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant – Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of Employment Services by providing a wide range of administrative, reception, and office support functions. This position is the first point of contact for visitors, participants, and callers, and is responsible for creating a welcoming and responsive environment. In addition to managing front-desk duties, the Administrative Assistant supports the team with a variety of tasks contributing to the overall effectiveness and accessibility of Employment Services.
EAL Employment Support Worker
The Employment Support Worker will provide hands-on, individualized support to help participants overcome practical, language and system-related barriers. Grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, the ESW reinforces learning both in and out of the classroom, helping participants build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to succeed in training, work placements, and competitive employment.
Manager of Fund Development & Communications
This leadership role is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of fundraising and communications functions across the organization. The successful candidate will lead fund development initiatives, communications strategy, donor and stakeholder engagement, media relations, and team operations to support organizational sustainability, visibility, and long-term growth.
Strategy & Impact Evaluation Lead
This role combines research, analysis, evaluation, and organizational strategy to strengthen program delivery, inform decision-making, and advance systems-level impact. Working collaboratively across teams, the successful candidate will develop evaluation frameworks, contribute to strategic planning processes, support advocacy and policy initiatives, and translate research findings into practical organizational improvements.
