Mental Health
We offer a range of mental health services to underserved community members.
Our mental health programs – whether in residential, community, or correctional facilities – are grounded in harm-reduction, person-centred and trauma-informed care. We believe everyone can improve their lives with the right, personalized support.
We accept self-referrals or referrals from others, including health care providers, correctional supervision programs, court programs, community agencies, government services, or family and friends of individuals needing mental health support.
Emmanuel House changed my life. When I got into the program, I not only fought for my life again, but I found stability.
Community Support Program
Our Community Support Program offers the highest level of help to adults with complex mental health needs living in the community. We aim to reduce hospital visits and incarcerations, enhance housing stability, and improve overall quality of life.

CSP taught me to live independently without having to be in and out of the hospital all the time. Now I love my home. I love when staff visit me and we have fun together.
Emmanuel House
Emmanuel House is the only community-based residential program for mental health and addictions in Newfoundland and Labrador. We offer individual and group counselling through long term stays and day treatment, and support participants as they transition back into the community.
Emmanuel House showed me life is worth living sober. I’ve learned how to keep myself safe, work through my emotions, and create safe boundaries.

I learned good communication skills. How not to isolate, how to use the Metrobus. And healthy ways to deal with my trauma.
