Our dedicated team of directors provides invaluable leadership and guidance to Stella’s Circle, overseeing key areas such as Corporate Services, Clinical Services, Employment Services, Property and Development, and Housing Services. The Stella’s Circle Board of Directors is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to overseeing the organization’s governance. The Board operates under a committee structure, comprising the Executive, Governance, Risk Management, Finance and Audit, and United Church Liaison Committees. Each committee has established Terms of Reference to guide its operations. Board members serve a three-year term, ensuring continuity and fresh perspectives within the governance structure.
