To celebrate 10 years of fabulous food and amazing work as a social enterprise, we’re celebrating in a couple of delicious ways! Details are below.
10 favourites / 10 days / $10 each
The Hungry Heart Cafe is bringing back 10 favourite dishes from the past 10 years. One favourite will be offered each day, over the 10 days of celebrations. Each dish will be only $10! Take out will be available. If you would like eight or more it would be advantageous to order the day before, as limited quantities will be available. Dishes will be available after 11:00 each day.

The cafe is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm.

Submit your Scone Flavour Contest – #homeofthescone
At the Hungry Heart Café we are so proud of our famous scones and we want to hear your new flavour ideas. Here are the scones we currently offer:
- Blueberry
- Partridge Berry
- Cranberry Apple
- Cherry Chocolate Chip
- Strawberry
- Cheese
Which ones are your favourite?
As part of our 10th anniversary celebrations this month, we are asking our amazing customers to tell us what kind of scone you’d like to see us make!
Do you like savoury or sweet? What combination of flavours do you think would be perfect in a scone? Submit your suggested new flavour on our Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter, using the hashtag #homeofthescone. Enter as often as you like!
Submit your ideas from April 9 – April 20 and we will create a brand new scone that will be available at the cafe during the week of April 23.
If your flavor is chosen, you will receive a dozen scones on us! If more than one person suggests the same flavor, we will draw to determine the winner.
