The Georgian “supra” or feast epitomizes the spirit of our theme nights! An array of flavourful dishes, casually served, accentuating the celebration of sharing delicious food with friends.  Platters of vegetables (greens, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, squash, cabbage), stuffed breads, dumplings, warming stews and grilled meats will be presented in a leisurely manner. We’ll feature walnuts, fresh herbs, cheese and fruit combined with chicken, fish, pork, beef, lamb and moose for an amazing evening inspired by the cuisine of Georgia.
