Stella’s Circle was thrilled to be part of the Rapid Housing Funding announcement as one of the recipient organizations.

Thanks to this funding from all three levels of government, we are able to renovate a former office building and transform it into 15 new homes for women who are experiencing homelessness and have histories of criminal justice involvement, violence, and other forms of marginalization. This property will also become the new home of our Just Us Women’s Centre.

We are so excited to grow our affordable housing portfolio by 15 more units by 2025. Stella’s Circle is proud to be the largest provider of affordable housing in the community sector in our province and has a strategic plan goal to increase our housing portfolio to 100 units by 2025.
