Get ready to Light Up HOPE with us again in person! On Giving Tuesday, November 28, Stella’s Circle will be lighting up HOPE with special guest, JUNO award nominee Kellie Loder. Join Stella’s Circle for a festive, free event celebrating community, generosity and hope from 6:00-7:00pm at the Bonaventure Community Garden, right next to Holy Heart High School.
The family-friendly evening will feature a live performance by Kellie Loder with the Stella’s Circle Inclusion Choir, along with a fire circus performance, music by DJ Slim Macho, and hot chocolate and cookies from our Hungry Heart Café. This heartwarming event celebrates the official lighting of the iconic Stella’s Circle HOPE sign as well as the culmination of our 100 Homes for the Holidays campaign.
“We are thrilled to have Kellie Loder joining the Stella’s Circle Inclusion Choir this year to premiere a new original song,” said CEO Laura Winters. “Kellie is an ambassador for inclusion and acceptance and is an inspiring example for not just the choir members but the whole community. It’s going to be an incredible performance to celebrate our goal of reaching one hundred affordable homes.”
Community members are also invited to help light up hope by donating to Stella’s Circle. We need your support to build 15 more homes for women experiencing homelessness. Your donation is matched by Verafin and the Foran Family Foundation now until the end of November 28, up to $15,000. Help Stella’s Circle reach our goal of 100 homes for the holidays.
