On May 26 & 27, the Hungry Heart Café will host a Malaysian Feast. The multi-ethnicity of Malaysia has shaped the cuisine. China, India, Thailand, Indonesia & even Middle Eastern influences are present, creating a very diverse palette of flavours. Rice is central to any Malaysian menu, and dishes of beef, pork, chicken, lamb & seafood will play a part in our Malaysian Feast. Soy, chilies, shrimp paste, nuts, citrus, coconut, fresh herbs & other aromatics along with a healthy dose of vegetables will make for an evening of fantastic flavours.
